Employee Giving

Employee Donors Are All In

Donations made by Columbus State employees each year make higher education possible for thousands of students.  When you make a one-time gift or sign-up for payroll deduction, you’re all in for the success of our students. Your gift, along with those of hundreds of other employees, builds a system of support that makes help unavoidable.

Make your gift today, and contribute to more than $150,000 in generous giving, annually, from dedicated and passionate employees. Are you ready to be "All In at Columbus State?"

Your Impact on Students is Transformative

When employees make one-time donations or enroll in payroll deduction, they contribute to the academic programs, support services and scholarships that create life-changing opportunities for hard-working students. Our generosity is powerful.

The collective investment of Columbus State employees supports students, breaks down barriers, and transforms communities. For Kevin Edwards, director of Admissions, donating means that he can gives students life-changing opportunity. For students like Donavin, that means having access to tutoring programs and holistic supports that help him as he works towards earning his degree.

D'Tron Driessen

D'Tron found his place

A majority of Columbus State students report experiencing unforeseen challenges during their time here. For D'Tron, housing insecurity meant he wasn't sure he'd be able to continue his education. Thanks to generous donations he was able to access the scholarships and holistic support to keep him on the path to graduation.

Ella Bwonya

Ella Found her footing

As a first-generation student and African immigrant, Ella knew that it would be difficult to navigate the college environment on an entirely new continent. She did it anyway. Your gift helps fund resources at Columbus State that help Ella, and other first-gen students liker her, succeed.

Ross Wagner

Ross found his path

Before choosing Columbus State, Ross had a job and a degree, but he wanted more. The work-study programs at Columbus State meant that he could get the training and education he needed for an exciting career in an in-demand industry in central Ohio. When you make a gift to the Columbus State Foundation you're investing in the future of our region.

How to Give

Giving Ambassadors

Each year we identify the employees who are committed to being all in for student success and invite them to be an Employee Giving Ambassador. Giving Ambassadors not only support students by giving their time, money, and energy but they also support The Columbus State Foundation as advocates as we continue to build a culture of philanthropy on campus. They invite Foundation representatives to share information at meetings, are vocal about why they give when speaking with their colleagues, and most of all, uplift the work of their fellow employees as we all work to help students success.

Are you interested in being a Giving Ambassador? Email the Foundation at foundation@cscc.edu and tell us why you’re all in.
