The Columbus State Foundation - in partnership with our friends, employees and community supporters - will establish the George Floyd Memorial Scholarship. With an initial investment of $10,000 from the Columbus State Foundation Support Fund, the purpose of the fund is to promote the education promise of aspiring young black American leaders.

WHAT IS THE BIG GIVE?
A dynamic, 25-hour online giving event developed to provide critical support for our area nonprofits during this unprecedented time.
Anyone can participate using a major credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), or via PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, starting with a minimum gift of $20.
BOOST YOUR GIFT TO SUPPORT OUR STUDENTS!
The Columbus Foundation, its family of donors, and corporate and community partners have provided $1 million+ in Bonus Pool funds to help everyone's dollars go further.
Every donation received during the 25-hour event will be boosted by Bonus Pool funds on a pro rata basis. In addition, the Foundation will cover all credit card fees, so 100 percent of donations go to participating nonprofits.
HOW DOES THE BONUS POOL WORK?
All donations during the 25-hour period will receive a pro rata portion of the Bonus Pool. (For example, if there is a Bonus Pool of $1,000,000 and a total amount raised of $4,000,000, then 25 cents will be added to every dollar donated.)
